Introducing In/Sight

Following directly on from my Re/Place series, I continue to document the contents of my home. In/Sight explores the process of discovery that emerges when we observe closely—what we see from afar may not be what we see when we move closer. Each image, through its title (a question that I pose to myself), reflects my relationship to the objects themselves—books suggest the issues I contemplate, hard drives the nature of memory, vintage DVDs the strength of attachment, food the desire for security.

On a more personal note, in October I am moving my studio from northern Maine to the Boston area. If anyone is interested in visiting, please drop me a note.
